Why can’t you give a fixed price online?
Because two “three-bed clearances” can differ by half a van. We price on the time the job takes and what it costs us to dispose of the load legally, so we need to see it — a few photos is usually enough.
Is disposal included in the price?
Yes. Our charge covers the cost of disposing of or recycling everything we take. Anything reusable is separated out; the rest goes through licensed disposal.
Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?
No. Same-day, next-day, evening and weekend slots are all charged at the same rate.
When do I pay, and how?
After the job is done, once you’re happy with it. Nothing is taken up front and nothing is charged until you say yes to the price.
Can the price change once you arrive?
The price we agree is the price you pay. If you add to the load on the day we’ll tell you what that changes before we take it, never afterwards.
Do you price probate and landlord clearances differently?
The pricing works the same way. We can provide a written quote and a waste transfer note for the file, which executors and letting agents usually need.
