Yes. Property and utility bill deadlines mean you may have to move quickly, so our clearance teams work 24/7. There is no additional charge for services out of hours or over weekends.

Send a photo of each room or area that needs clearing and we’ll come back with a price. Photographs speed the whole thing up, and nothing is booked until you say so.

Every clearance job is unique, but our quotations are simple. Our charges are based on the time it takes our team to do the job, and the cost of disposing or recycling any items that aren’t reusable.

No. We agree the price before we start and there aren’t any hidden extras.

You can pay by bank transfer, which is our preferred method, or cash on completion. You only pay once your job is completed.

Yes. If you have a few items you’re struggling to dispose of, we’ll help. This usually takes no time at all, and you can send photographs to speed up the process.

We recycle or reuse whatever we can and dispose of the rest responsibly.
